Well right from begining of my career as a Junior lecturer in Chemistry, I have been teaching the fundamentals of Chemistry keeping in mind the least standard student in the class.Having received BEST TEACHER AWARD THRICE,33 Publications,ONE PATENT,16 conference publications,ONE BOOK CHAPTER  i felt it is my responsibility to do some thing in this field for the sake of humanity.Iam in the process too. .
